Got questions about the ACFT? Calculator acting weird? Just want to tell us we messed something up? We’re here for it.

Army Fitness Test Calculator exists because soldiers needed better tools than the clunky spreadsheets and outdated calculators floating around. We built this site to actually be useful—and if it’s not hitting the mark for you, we want to know.

Email Us Directly

📧 contact.authoritynest@gmail.com

We check this inbox daily and typically respond within 24 hours (sometimes faster if you catch us between deadlifts).

Whether you’re a soldier prepping for your first ACFT, an NCO looking for platoon resources, or just someone who noticed we screwed up a formula—drop us a line.

What You Can Reach Out About

Calculator Issues

If something’s broken, glitchy, or giving you wrong scores:

  • Tell us what happened. “Calculator not working” doesn’t help us. “Deadlift score shows 0 points when I enter 280 lbs” does.
  • Include your device/browser. Issues on mobile Safari? Desktop Chrome? Old government computer with Internet Explorer 9? (Please upgrade.)
  • Send a screenshot if possible. A picture is worth a thousand “it’s just not working” emails.

We’ve fixed bugs within hours when users gave us clear details. The faster you help us understand the problem, the faster we fix it.

Score Questions

Think your calculated score is wrong? Let us know:

  • Which event and what numbers you entered
  • What score you expected vs. what showed up
  • Your age group and gender (standards vary)

We double-check our formulas against official Army scoring tables regularly, but if something’s off, we’ll investigate immediately and update if needed.

Content Corrections

Spot a typo? Find outdated info? Notice we said “3-rep deadlift” when we meant “3-rep max deadlift”?

We’re human (despite what this page might have originally looked like). Mistakes happen. Point them out and we’ll fix them.

This especially matters for:

  • Scoring standards (if the Army updates requirements)
  • Event rules (if form standards change)
  • Training advice (if we gave bad guidance)

Your corrections help everyone who uses this site.

Feature Requests

Want something added to the calculator? Have an idea for a new tool?

We’ve already built features based on user requests:

  • Age group filters
  • Printable score sheets
  • Event-by-event breakdowns
  • Mobile-friendly layout

If there’s something you need that we don’t have yet, tell us. We can’t promise we’ll build everything, but we read every suggestion and prioritize what helps the most users.

Ideas we’re always open to:

  • New calculator types (PT test comparisons, score projections, etc.)
  • Training plan templates
  • Event-specific improvement tools
  • Unit scoreboard features

Article Suggestions

See a topic we haven’t covered? Want deeper content on a specific event?

We’re especially interested in:

  • Common ACFT struggles you’re seeing in your unit
  • Questions you get asked repeatedly as an NCO or MFT
  • Training methods that actually worked for you
  • Real-world test day experiences (the good and the ugly)

We’re not looking for generic “how to get fit” fluff. We want tactical, specific, actually-useful content that helps soldiers improve their scores and performance.

Collaboration Opportunities

Are you:

  • A Master Fitness Trainer with insights to share?
  • A strength coach who works with military clients?
  • A researcher studying military fitness?
  • A developer who wants to improve our tools?

Let’s talk. We’re open to collaborations that make this resource better for soldiers.

What we’re NOT looking for:

  • Guest post spam with backlinks to unrelated sites
  • Supplement companies wanting to advertise
  • Generic fitness content farms
  • SEO agencies offering “amazing opportunities”

If your email starts with “I hope this email finds you well,” it’s probably going straight to spam.

Technical Issues & Troubleshooting

Before you email about a technical problem, try these quick fixes:

Calculator Not Loading?

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Check if JavaScript is enabled
  • Disable ad blockers temporarily

Wrong Score Displaying?

  • Verify you selected the correct age group
  • Double-check the numbers you entered
  • Make sure you’re using the right units (pounds, not kilograms)

Page Won’t Load on Mobile?

  • Try desktop version
  • Update your browser app
  • Check your internet connection

Still broken? Email us with specifics and we’ll dig into it.

Response Time Expectations

Normal inquiries: 24-48 hours
Critical calculator bugs: Same day if possible
Feature requests: We’ll confirm receipt within 48 hours, but implementation depends on complexity
Spam/irrelevant messages: Never (we’ll just delete them)

We’re a small operation, not a Fortune 500 help desk. There’s no chatbot, no phone tree, no “your call is important to us” hold music. Just real people who actually care about making this site useful.

What We Won’t Respond To

To save everyone time, we don’t reply to:

  • Requests to “just pass me anyway” (we’re not Army officials, we’re a calculator website)
  • Medical advice (“should I take the ACFT on a bad knee?”)
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Generic spam
  • Requests to buy/sell the website
  • People asking us to do their homework or write their fitness reports

For medical questions, talk to your unit’s physician. For official ACFT policy, contact your chain of command. We provide tools and information—that’s it.

A Note on Privacy

We don’t collect, store, or sell your personal information. When you email us, we see your email address and whatever you write. That’s it.

We won’t:

  • Add you to a mailing list (we don’t have one)
  • Share your info with third parties
  • Spam you with fitness tips you didn’t ask for
  • Track your ACFT scores or training data

Your privacy matters. We built this site to help soldiers, not harvest data.

Why This Site Exists

Army Fitness Test Calculator started because I was tired of soldiers using janky Excel files and sketchy websites with pop-up ads just to calculate their ACFT scores.

The Army’s official calculator works, but it’s not exactly user-friendly. Third-party sites were either broken, ad-filled, or gave wrong scores.

So we built something better: fast, accurate, no-nonsense ACFT tools that actually work on mobile and don’t try to sell you protein powder.

If we’re achieving that goal, great. If we’re not, tell us how to fix it.

Final Thoughts

This site exists to help soldiers train smarter, score better, and understand the ACFT without digging through Army manuals.

If we’re doing something right, let us know—it’s motivating.
If we’re screwing something up, let us know—we’ll fix it.

Either way, we’re listening.

Thanks for using Army Fitness Test Calculator. Now go crush that ACFT.
